Home/Field based role – 2-3 days per month may be required at our offices in Taunton, Somerset

Job Description
You will be working with some of our existing key accounts as well as a selection of independents but also responsible for generating new business. Working closely with and reporting to the UK Commercial Director, your role will involve:
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of key retail accounts in a profitable manner
  • Identifying new areas of opportunity & proactively prospecting new key partners
  • Maximising distribution according to set targets by brand
  • Planning and executing promotional activity to agreed financial budgets
  • Ensuring the best possible presentation of all brands at retail
  • Monitoring sell through data and recommending action where necessary
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity
  • Providing instore staff training including assistance with some other major accounts like John Lewis
  • Defining a national sales strategy for our independent retailers and working with our sales agents to provide support and training
In partnership with your Director, you will participate in creating a Marketing & Sales strategy. You will be responsible in its implementation and objective achievements.
In collaboration with our Trade Marketing Team, you will propose and set up our marketing actions and market analysis (participation in trade fairs, sales optimization merchandising, benchmarking…)

Your profile:
You will have at least 3 years relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the UK baby industry including to key or national accounts. You're a talented and self-motivated salesperson with natural communication and management skills. You will have a key role in “boosting” our brand in the UK by your dynamism, tenacity and charisma. Your organizational and negotiation skills together with a sound commercial awareness will also be key to success in this role.
