Matt Evans, Managing Director, House of Baby would like to respond to an article within Nursery Natter
I’d like to take this opportunity to respond to the criticism leveled at House of Baby (Nursery Today July/August).
At House of Baby, we have worked tirelessly to bring to fruition a completely new force in the supply of branded baby products in the UK.
We have made a substantial investment in our showroom in Bedford as well as our website (www.houseofbaby.co.uk), backed by comprehensive training for our staff to ensure everyone dealing with us receives a first class service.
What’s more, we have built an advanced stock management system, updating the showroom and website by the minute together with an innovative ‘in-store house’ to test products. We even have a personal shopper service.
This is why we utterly refute any suggestion that House of Baby is nothing more than Two Left Feet by another name. Whilst we have taken over their premises, that’s where any similarities end.
It’s extremely disappointing therefore that others feel sufficiently threatened to spread such scurrilous rumours.
