Kiddicare.com, one of the UK’s biggest nursery product retailer, is proud to launch its new 365 day returns policy, designed to take the stress out of purchasing all the essentials for a newborn baby

With an extensive list of products needed for a new baby, preparing for the event can be a confusing and costly process, with many parents buying a few items that turn out not to be quite so essential, after all! Kiddicare’s new policy takes all the pressure off new parents, allowing customers to change their mind up to 365 days after purchase, as long as the product is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition and with a receipt.

In the run up to Christmas, Kiddicare.com also knows how difficult it is to find the ideal present for family and friends with young children.  The 365 day returns policy means that even the most inexperienced among us can buy baby gifts with confidence, safe in the knowledge that the recipients will be able to subtly exchange or return any product up to a year later. Alongside the 365 day return policy, Kiddicare.com also provides a bespoke price match policy within the first week after purchase. If a customer should find a product cheaper elsewhere within a week, Kiddicare will refund the difference, plus up to 15%.
