Munchkin seals its arrival in the UK baby market

Munchkin, the international infant & toddler brand is delighted to have won a number of prominent industry awards

Unveiled this week, Munchkin is awarded Gold, Silver and Bronze in the Practical Parenting Awards and also received three prizes in the Practical Pre-School Awards. Launched into the UK earlier this year, Munchkin has firmly made its mark with innovative and useful products.

The aim of the Munchkin range is to excite and delight children whilst making parenting safer, easier and more enjoyable. The colourful and clever range includes a selection of bathing, feeding and hygiene items that are all BPA-free.

As a testament to the design of Munchkin’s products, its Caterpillar Spillers bath toy won Gold in the Practical Parenting Awards in the ‘Baby Toys Under £20 category.’ The Caterpillar Spillers also received a Bronze award in the ‘0-3 Years Toys and Games’ group in the Practical Pre-School Awards. The unique Munchkin Mighty Grip 10oz Proof Cup won a Silver award in the Practical Parenting Awards and the equally original Munchkin Snack Catcher was heralded an ‘excellent device’ and awarded Silver at the Practical Pre-School Awards in the Childcare category. The handy Travel Booster Seat also received a Silver Practical Pre-School Award in the same category.

Using patented technology called ‘white hot’ the Munchkin White Hot Safety Ducky which tells you when the water is too hot, received a Bronze in the Practical Parenting Awards. Also shortlisted for a Practical Parenting Award was the brand-new educational toy from Munchkin, the Mozart Magic Cube.

Winning these awards in the UK, adds to the 30 industry awards Munchkin has already won in the US for innovation and excellence, including the coveted Target Corporation Partner Award of Excellence.
