Team Tippitoes and Baroo Set for 900 Mile Charity Bike Challenge
Tippitoes and Baroo are supporting the ‘Caring for Children with Cancer’ charity by taking part in a 5 day motorbike challenge across France, Belgium, Germany and Holland
Tippitoes and Baroo are supporting the ‘Caring for Children with Cancer’ charity by taking part in a 5 day motorbike challenge across France, Belgium, Germany and Holland.
Taking place in June 2011, Rebecca Howarth e-commerce manager at Tippitoes will be accompanying Andy Payne of Baroo to document his 900 mile motorbike ride through Europe, with the rest of the CLIC Sargent volunteers. Rebecca comments: “We are delighted to be taking part in such a great experience for this worthy cause, which is very close to our hearts. We’re hoping to raise as much money as possible on the run up to the challenge”. As a passionate biker, Andy is also looking forward to the challenge and comments: “This is a brilliant way for me to get involved and help make a difference, as a parent of young children and a keen biker I jumped at the chance.”
The team’s sponsorship page has officially opened and they are hoping to raise at least £3,000 for the charity but are aiming for much higher!
