HABA wins top Toy Shop UK Award
HABA’s wooden clutching toys have been voted as UK retailer’s favourite baby toy by the recent Toy Shop UK Independent Toy Awards
Hundreds of retailers were asked to vote for their favourite toy of 2010 in ten different categories. They were free to choose any product they liked and suppliers were unaware that voting was taking place. HABA was the clear favourite in the Baby Toy Category.
Tim Hawkins of Toy Shop UK said: “The fact that we don’t sell toys puts us in a unique position to publish a Christmas toy list that is produced without any concern for sales targets or pressure from suppliers. It is only because of our access to the opinions of such a large proportion of independent retailers that we are able to compile the most comprehensive balanced list of its kind anywhere.”
