New drive for nursery strategy at The Market Family

The Market Family has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new Head of Family, giving new direction to its specialist baby and nursery marketing services

Rachael Taylor joins the agency with 15 years experience in consumer brand marketing. The mum of two will use her expertise to support companies looking to better engage families with their marketing and brand development activity.

Sue Benson, managing director at The Market Family said: "Rachael is a solid all round marketeer, but also has a strong background in digital, social and direct response marketing. Her ethos of driving results and delivering sales on behalf of clients will make her a welcome addition to the team. She is also a mum of two, so a good fit for our family offering."

In her role as Head of Family, Rachael will be responsible for driving new business as well as account management.

Rachael adds: "The Market Family has quite a unique offering for the nursery sector with a wealth of expertise and insight to engaging families. As a mum myself this is an area I am excited about developing and look forward to using my experience to help brands connect with this niche group, from conception to birth and right through to teens."
