At Toddletime they try and apply this philosophy to their way of doing business, constantly reviewing to identify how they can do things better.

Having reviewed their marketing spend over the past two years and have come to some difficult conclusions. The result of this research has led them to make some changes to the way they do things in 2013.

Toddletime are going to implement two major changes; the first is that they will not be exhibiting at the Harrogate Nursery Fair in March. The second is that they are focusing their effort into Trade Marketing support. The net result of this change is they aim to spend more time with their customers, at the sharp end, in their offices – working with you to discuss how they can best apply their resource to you and your business. This support will include promotional planning, in store merchandising, online platform development and much more. Your individual account manager will be discussing this with you personally over the coming months.
