Exciting Opportunities in new halls

There are many exciting opportunities to shake up the exhibiting experience in 2012, including new Halls H and D replacing Hall Q and the King Suite. Halls A, B, C and M will still be there

Stand space for Harrogate Nursery Fair 2012 is being snapped up fast and as it is allocated on a first-come-first serve basis, those companies hoping to secure the same position as last year – or exhibiting for the first time and wanting to ensure they grab a prime position - are advised to get in touch as soon as possible.

There are many exciting opportunities to shake up the exhibiting experience in 2012, including new Halls H and D replacing Hall Q and the King Suite. Halls A, B, C and M will still be there, but the new link way connecting with the new upper level halls will create some changes in Halls B & C. Also, the new exhibition hall has a six metre high ceiling limit and no pillars to cause obstructions, so the perfect stand can now be accommodated.

Stand allocation for the new halls are being worked on and plans showing the overall show layout are now available under the ‘Exhibiting’ drop down tab on the Harrogate Nursery Fair website. Specific plans for individual stands will be sent as each booking enquiry is processed.

Companies which were situated in Hall Q last year are requested to send in their booking forms as soon as possible, giving details of the size and type of stand they would like. The earlier and more detailed this information is, the better chance there will be of securing the ideal location and stand design at the show.

Booking forms are easy to fill in and very quickly submitted using the large ‘Book Your Stand’ button on the Harrogate Nursery Fair website at www.nurseryfair.com
