Best of British at Kind und Jugend

Don't miss great British product at the UK pavilion in Hall 4.1

The UK Pavilion at Kind und Jugend is bigger than ever before packed with quality baby products from over 70 British companies.

Organised by the UK’s Baby Products Association – which is also a member of the European Nursery Products Confederation (ENPC) – the UK Pavilion is the biggest country-specific pavilion at the show and, as always promises to be a hugely popular destination for retailers, buyers and distributors from around the world seeking superior new ranges.

Products on display will include everything from the latest ‘must-have’ strollers, prams, travel systems and car seats; to nursery furniture, feeding, clothing and cleaning accessories, toys and even products for mums-to-be.

Adrian Sneyd, UK Pavilion organiser, explains: “The UK Pavilion at Kind und Jugend has become one of the most popular destinations at Kind und Jugend in recent years. With so many companies participating and such a diverse range of products on display, it proves to be a one-stop-shop for international nursery buyers.”

The UK Pavilion has moved to a new location in Hall 4.1 and once again there will be free cotton UK Pavilion bags sponsored by BabyStyle for visitors (which are always in great demand).

How to stay ahead of your competition by using your IP

The European Nursery Products Confederation (ENPC) has once again organised a pertinent seminar on Intellectual Property at Kind und Jugend this year.

Nursery is one of the most innovative of all sectors and every day a new product idea seems to launch to the market. However, getting your product onto shop shelves before it is copied by a competitor is a major challenge and legal expert Sara Ludlam of 3Volution will explain how to turn clever innovations into commercial success. She will explain the ins and outs of patents, copyright, trademarks and registered designs and how they can make the difference between commercial success or failure.

Sara’s presentation will take place in the Kind und Jugend Trend Forum in Hall 10.1 stand C070 to D069 on Thursday 14th September at 14.00 hrs.

Sara will also be available to answer questions on the Baby Products Association’s stand – Hall 4.1 – B045 in the morning of Thursday 14th September, so feel free to pop along or email to make a specific appointment at the show.
