The search is afoot for an experienced extraordinary Product Trainer with drive and commitment; a product superstar, dedicated to maintaining and growing our existing customer relationships.

So, are you an intuitive communicator with dynamic demonstrating and selling powers? Are you more “tell me” than “me, me”? Are you more “game changer” than “game over”? Then come on down to Cosatto.

You'll have bang up-to-the-minute training, selling and merchandising skills in the nursery/baby sector.

Very important stuff you would be doing…
* Spreading the Cosatto story round key retailers nationwide; recruiting them on our mission to 'Save the World from Boring Baby Stuff'.
* Keeping an ear to the shop floor so store staff can give their frontline feedback - essential insight to fire up our future stuff.      
* Telling the brand story; transmitting the whole trendsetting, couture-led, life-enhancing, joy-making, baby-celebrating beauty of the brand that triggers love at first sight and drops industry firsts like the free 4 year guarantee.
* Ensuring displays are as shiny as the day they were born and POS looks tip top.
* Acting as a human-hotline to product availability levels. They ask it. You got it.
* Letting store staff and consumers experience Cosatto magic hands-on through your product demos; showing and telling all those unique benefits. 
* Broadcasting weekly visit reports back to mission control - analysing them with the account managers.
* Getting your head down with the marketing department to fire up consumer awareness and send new launches supersonic.
* Stealing the show - repping the brand at consumer baby shows, trade shows and training events.

You'll be on retailer rounds most days with this full-time 'out-of-office' role. Be sure to visit mission control at least once a week or we'll miss you. 12-15 days a month you'll be out and about.
Our stores span the British Isles so being based somewhere in the middle would be a real benefit.
