Bambino Mio outline new digital strategy
As part of their wider marketing strategy for 2011 Bambino Mio have utilised a variety of different online mediums to promote their products
The reusable nappy pioneer is focusing a large proportion of their marketing online specifically concentrating on social media, popular mother and baby sites and direct marketing.
Bambino Mio have also developed their current website to create more of an interactive platform that allows customers to communicate and connect with Bambino Mio. In addition to this, but as part of this new strategy, Bambino Mio have employed a specialised email marketing service; this new service provides bespoke reporting and analysis tools which help target customers and retailers with pinpoint accuracy.
Bambino Mio wanted to improve the interaction with their customers and the re-launch of their facebook page has been a huge success. The facebook page allows Bambino Mio to create a ‘real nappy community’ where parents can ask the company and other reusable nappy users for advice, recommendations and information. The page is a hive of activity frequently running competitions, activities and giveaways. Bambino Mio have not only utilised their facebook page as a means to communicate with their customers but it has also become a valuable way for parents to communicate with the company. Bambino Mio will be able to develop new, and improve existing, products as well as consider different avenues with the help of their facebook fans to help strengthen their already award winning brand.
