Generation Media Awarded IPA Gold Standard

Generation Media are proud to announce the achievement of IPA Gold Standard for their Continuous Professional Development. 

This is the third year the agency has received this coveted accreditation from the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.

To achieve IPA CPD Gold accreditation, agencies were required to undergo a full review of their development programmes and systems and demonstrate the effectiveness of these on business success.   Their submissions revealed that they take a holistic approach to professional development regardless of the size of available budget and that they show creativity in building an energetic learning culture, in support of real business objectives. The agencies also provided clear evidence that CPD practice is not merely an add-on to operations but lies at the heart of their business, fuelling commercial success and client service excellence.

The IPA judges cited “Generation Media have created a culture of learning, which is clearly evidenced in employees sharing best practice and ideas with each other (this really stood out versus other submissions)… I had to remind myself of the agency’s size and I mean that in a good way!”

CEO Dean Weller and MD Lisa Morgan collected their award at the annual IPA Members Lunch last week. Speaking of the success, Morgan said “We are exceptionally proud to have been awarded the IPA’s CPD Gold award for the third year. This gives our clients, both current and prospective, the confidence that their business is in good hands, with all experts handling their account being part of our industry leading development and training programme. We will continue to improve our programme to strive to win our forth award next year, which will place us as an IPA CPD Platinum agency.”
