Hippychick pledges support to Epilepsy Action through sales of Dream Tubes

Hippychick, the Somerset-based nursery accessories business, has announced plans to support the National Charity, Epilepsy Action, through sales of its best-selling Dream Tubes brand.

The Company will be donating 10% of the profit on all sales of Hippychick Dream Tubes to the charity for a one month period - from 17 May, the start of National Epilepsy Week,  to 17 June 2015.

Dream Tubes are soft, inflatable bed guards which slot into bespoke sheets – the ultimate solution for stopping children from falling out of bed.

The Hippychick sales team has received a number of positive comments in recent months, praising their efficacy for children affected by epilepsy.

Julia Minchin, Hippychick founder commented on the initiative: "Dream Tubes are not just bed guards; they also offer children a safe and secure environment designed to promote a good night’s sleep. We are delighted to be able to collaborate with Epilepsy Action during National Epilepsy Week and beyond, and to be supporting their vital work in helping the estimated 600,000 affected by the condition in the UK."

Hippychick Dream Tubes are available through major nursery retailers as well as Hippychick’s on-line shop. They will also be available through Epilepsy Action’s website from 17 May to 17 June 2015.
