Kiddy is a global, fast-growing German manufacturer of children’s car seats, pushchairs and accessories

kiddy are now seeking for a Head of International Sales to be based at Kiddy’s Head Office in Hof, Germany.

The role:
Responsibility for the overall development, expansion and structuring of all export activities to more than 50 countries. Together with your sales teams, the Germany-based international sales managers/administrators, you will be pivotal in maintaining excellent relationships with their existing business partners (distributors, representatives and key accounts). At the same time you will develop new business opportunities and ensure the effective and smooth functioning of their export business.

The person in this role will closely observe target markets, analyse trends and develop appropriate sales and marketing activities in collaboration with their foreign distributors.

You will manage and oversee all sales activities agreed in each country.  You will have significant budget and cost responsibility and report directly to the management board.

Your profile:
You are a sales-oriented leader and manager with at least 4 years industry experience and strengths in strategic, conceptual thinking and communications.
You are familiar with the export business and approach your tasks in a pragmatic manner to find customer-oriented solutions.
You are an excellent communicator, have confidence at all levels of negotiation and the ability to cultivate long-lasting business relationships.

You are fluent in spoken and written English. The ability to speak a further foreign language would be an advantage.
You have a willingness to travel.
