Dorel launches groundbreaking new products at Kind Und Jugend

Dorel enjoyed another successful Kind & Jugend, revealing a host of new products, including the first i-Size certified infant carrier to be introduced to the market – the Maxi-Cosi Pebble Plus.

The first infant carrier to meet i-Size (R129) regulation, the Pebble Plus offers newborns a better fit and lying position with its innovative baby hugg inlay.

New high tech impact-absorbing material in the top side wings of the seat provide comfort and optimum safety in the event of an accident.

Suitable from birth to 75cm tall (around 12 months-old), the Pebble Plus embraces baby with its impact-absorbing material and uses the 2wayFix Base that can also be used with the 2wayPearl toddler seat. The new Pebble Plus completes the 2wayFamily for a complete i-Size solution offering rearward facing travel from birth to 4 years.

In addition, Dorel gave the industry a first look at the new Maxi-Cosi AxissFix.

This toddler car seat combines state-of the-art i-Size compliant safety performance with a 360° swivelling seat, making securing the toddler a breeze as the seat faces outwards. AxissFix comes with IsoFix for an easy and safe car seat installation, and offers rear-facing travel up to approx. 2 years (87cm) to increase head and neck protection.

Dorel also showcased new pushchairs such as the Maxi-Cosi Loola 3, the Quinny Yezz Air - with its innovative, ultra- comfortable 3D knitted hammock seat - and two new limited editions - Denim Hearts for Maxi-Cosi car seats and pushchairs and Miami Blue and Miami Pink for Quinny.

Meanwhile, Dorel launched a range of new Safety 1st gates including the Safety 1st Auto-Close Gate which features a clever automatic self-closing mechanism and SecureTech® ‘red’ and ‘green’ indicators that confirm when the gate is locked, the Easy Close Wood & Metal Gate and Easy Close Deco Gate.

Finally Baby Art also displayed new colours for its bestselling lines and launched some new products helping to display and preserve children’s works of art.
