Little Tikes joins forces with Dr Amanda Gummer

Independent play expert gives new range Lil’ Ocean Explorers the seal of approval.

To support the launch of the brand new infant preschool range, Lil’ Ocean Explorers, Little Tikes has teamed up with child development and play expert Dr Amanda Gummer.

Working as part of the full scale launch activities, Dr Gummer will play a key role in an exciting consumer launch event London’s first family members’ club Maggie & Rose in Kensington, where she will explain the concept behind the range, in particular how each product supports the important baby to toddler milestones including sitting, crawling and standing.

In addition she will take part in a live Facebook chat on the Little Tikes’ Facebook page, plus a live Twitter chat with leading parenting website Loved By Parents. This PR Activity supports the wider launch campaign including major TV advertising, going live in early October, and a new look Lil’ Ocean Explorers landing page on the Little Tikes website. All activities will be maximised through an intensive digital campaign designed to ensure the range is top of the Christmas list for pre-schoolers this year.

Dr Amanda says; “I am delighted to be working with Little Tikes on the launch of their brand new Lil’ Ocean Explorers range. The core product values – supporting babies and their key milestones through active play – is one which resonates with me. The eight strong Lil’ Ocean explorers range (from £8.99 to £79.99) includes the recently acclaimed Crawl n’ Pop Turtle (RRP: £16.99), which won an Innovation Award at Kind + Jugend 2015.
