Milton announces partnership with Buggyfit

Companies help new mums get back in shape and comfortable on-the-go.

Milton and Buggyfit have announced a new partnership which sees Milton become Buggyfit’s preferred partner for sterilisation products while on the go.

Getting out of the house and back in shape with a newborn is not easy. According to a recent survey by Milton’s extensive Facebook audience of almost 40,000 mums, close to 70 per cent find it more difficult to exercise since having a baby and on average half take between 1 – 6 months to start exercising again. When asked, limited time (60%) and being “too tired” (56%) were the two top reasons for the difficulty of exercising.

Both brands provide a service to active parents always on the go, making it easier to get fit and feel safe with their child outside the home. From today, every Buggyfit franchise in the UK will be shipped Milton’s Mini Portable Soother Sterliser for mass sampling, reaching thousands of mums over the course of a year. The partnership involves co-marketing and promotional activities including PR, social media, online marketing and events.

The Milton Mini Portable Soother Steriliser gives parents peace of mind that soothers are 100% clean on demand. It uses the quick, easy, safe and effective Milton Method of cold water sterilising and in just 15 minutes a soother is sterile, and ready to use. The ‘Mini’ has proven to be extremely popular amongst mums and dads and has won numerous awards that praise the product’s innovation, portability and practicality of use.

Being the original and largest buggy workout network in the UK, Buggyfit is the best way to get back in shape after baby’s arrival. Whatever your postnatal stage, they have a programme that will suit your needs, instructed by experts in the field of postnatal exercise.

“We could not be more excited about a partnership with Buggyfit,” said Tess Clarke, Commercial and Marketing Manager at Milton. “Through this partnership we will support mums bettering themselves and the cleanliness of their child’s environment. Both easing the stress that comes with being a parent these days.”

“Milton’s product and beliefs could not fit any better with our organisation” said Emma Redding, Buggyfit. “Our clients are keen on seeing results and motivated to be the best for their children and themselves. Supplying them with products that aide in the betterment of their child’s environment and eases motherhood is an obvious solution”

The Milton Mini Portable Soother Steriliser has a RRP of £6.99 and is available at Boots, John Lewis, Mothercare, Ocado, Superdrug and Tesco as well as many independent pharmacies and nursery retailers.
