As the company’s sales leader, based in Windsor but out in market, the successful applicant will be will be managing a small but growing team of account managers and brand ambassadors and ultimately responsible for the sales effort across the UK and Ireland. This covers a range of activities for the market including, but not limited to:

•Creating, planning and managing short and long term sales initiatives to meet territory and national sales budgets
•Formulating sales strategies, such as key account management and planning and managing our sales team’s call cycles
•Delivering on national sales budgets and marketing goals
•Increasing the awareness of the brand in market and with the decision makers at key accounts
•Coordinating marketing activities with the marketing leader
•Completing national sales plans and budgets
•Owning and managing the relationships with key accounts
•Attendance at trade andconsumer shows and other marketing events
•Several years experience in the juvenile industry and a proven track record of building and running successful sales teams
•The ability to be a true leader, to lead by example and from the front
•Valid driver’s license and no fear of red-eye flights, the breakfast bar at the Travelodge or wide open spaces

In addition, the role will likely change and evolve over time, so you’ll be expected to be able to adapt and survive and be flexible in terms of meeting future needs.
