Vital Baby appoints new team member

Multi-award winning nursery brand, Vital Baby, is delighted to welcome a new member to the team as Philip Doherty joins the brand as National Sales, Business Development and Account Manager.

The new role will see Philip support Director, Dean Tollman in managing existing relationships with UK global retailers and distributors, while engaging new business and partnerships. With the recent addition of Baby Brands Direct and increased listings in JoJo Maman Bebe, John Lewis and Kiddicare, the growing weaning and nursery brand is going from success to success. With new product launches expected in 2017 to cover both the Vital Baby brand and own label ranges, the scope for new business is sure to increase. 

Phillip who has an abundance of experience and knowledge in account management, retailer relationships and international distribution, has worked with some of the nursery industry’s biggest brands including Skip Hop, Bebe au Lait and Potette in his role as National Account Manager at Maguari (UK) Ltd, and before that at much-loved toy brand, LeapFrog. With cross discipline knowledge of sales, marketing and logistics, Phillip has demonstrated an ability to work and build relationships with major retailers throughout his career, while developing mutually beneficial and effective business plans.
