We Made Me Ltd began life as a small company with a great big heart, and an even bigger sense of irony. How else do you think we’ve survived all those infant photo shoots? As a fledgling British brand, we entered the babywearing market over a decade ago and audaciously built our entire reputation on the back of one single, revolutionary product: theBabaSling® baby sling. The extraordinary growth (and multiple awards) that followed, soon established us as a serious market leader.
Having expanded our product range into global markets, we are now set to colonise the nursery universe with our particular brand of thoughtful products, rooted in ancient traditions, with the modern family in mind.
As a naturally entrepreneurial and creative company with enormous ambition, we are looking to recruit the next generation of infant industry ambassadors, guardians of the baby brand, defenders of the bottom line.

Mission (job description)
• Full-time assignment to sell existing and new We Made Me® branded baby products, plus OEM opportunities
• Responsible for European sales territories
• Sales activity split between account management and new business in designated territory
   • Reporting to Sales Director and CEO
• Requirement to travel frequently to Brighton HQ and Europe, plus internationally for sales trips and multiple trade shows (can be home and/or office based)
• Implement sales strategy in designated territory
* Excellent client relationship management
   • Assist in the preparation and delivery of multiple trade and consumer shows
• Provide and coordinate We Made Me® product training (retailer and consumer) in territory
   • Rigorous lead and sales opportunity generation and reporting
* Weekly and monthly reporting as required
• Work closely with all internal departments to achieve key territory and company objectives
Special powers (candidate’s description)
* Proven sales track record and negotiation skills
* Minimum 3 years’ experience at senior account manager level, preferably in international field
* Experience in the baby product sector desirable (but we are open to persuasion)
* Experience in one or more of the following sectors an advantage:
retail, import/export, logistics, manufacturing
